I'm Sarah. I'm in love with Nick Carter and the Backstreet Boys. It's true. Senior at Newberry College. Yayyy me! Sigma Sigma Sigma. We are awesome and you know it. I love my sisters so much, they are very entertaining. I love my family more than anything in this world. I'm pretty awesome so get to know me.
Happy 33rd Birthday to my first crush, my favorite boy bander, the reason I like blonde guys the most, the guy that can always put a smile on my face just by watching his ridiculous videos…Nick Carter. I’m so thankful I’ve had 2 opportunities to meet (and hug :)) this man who I have adored for most of my life. He means so much to me and I wish that one day I could tell him how much he does in fact. I’m so proud to see all that he has overcome and accomplished and I’m so glad that I’ve been there as a fan to witness all of his greatness, so happy birthday Nickolas, and I hope you have many, many more :) <3
31 Day BSB Challenge: Day 21 (A few days late :)): Favorite NKOTBSB Performance:
I was fortunate enough to be able to attend the NKOTBSB tour June 22, 2011 in Atlanta. This concert was by far one of the greatest concerts I had ever been to, thus far. Best was Nick Carter’s ITO Tour Jan. 31st ;) I got to meet BSB for the first time on this tour and getting to meet them was a dream come true. This is the Intro to the NKOTBSB concert the day I saw them, LONGEST 2 1/2 MINUTES EVER. The anticipation was KILLING me!!! So, I pick that day as my favorite performance :) Also: The video is not mine. Credit to: starynightchild on YouTube :)
31 Day BSB Challenge: Day 18: Something BSB That Makes You Laugh
This video. Pretty much sums everything up. :) It was really hard to think of one particular thing that makes me laugh because they make me laugh SO much. But I just think that this video is so funny!
Day 16: Favorite Backstreet Boy
EASIEST QUESTION SO FAR. :) My favorite Backstreet Boy is Nickolas Gene Carter. Don’t get me wrong, I love all 5 but I have always loved Nick the most. From the moment that I was exposed to them (circa 1998), Nick was instantly my favorite. That blonde hair with the center part, blue eyes, his angelic voice, everything about him. Words really cannot express how much he means to me. Seeing him overcome all of his past struggles and become the person he has today has made me so proud of him and to see how far he has come. His solo career has also been amazing. Getting to see him on his ITO tour back in January was a dream come true. Having VIP and getting to hug the man that I have obsessed over since I was 8 years old was LITERALLY a dream come true. Before that, I had only dreamed of getting even 100 feet from him. (Well, I got to meet him at NKOTBSB with all of the other guys as well, but still :)) Because of Nick I have met some fellow awesome fans who share the same love for him as I do! Basically, I love this man. I have over half of my life and I plan to be a fan for the rest of my life. He is such an inspiration to a lot of people and looks good while being as such :) <3
Day 15: Favorite Magazine Cover
I know I posted this picture for a couple of days ago’s challenge, but I can’t help if I like it, right? ;)
31 Day BSB Challenge: Day 13: Favorite Performance:
I have many including the Disney Channel concert from 1999, Grammy’s, and well, really any performance as long as it involves my 5 amazing Backstreet Boys :)
However I pick this one:
The NKOTBSB AMA Performance. The one that made me go crazy as I watched and made me realize I didn’t care what I had to do, I would be at that tour, and I did get to see this in real life. This is the performance that I watched over and over and over again until I had the exact pieces of songs together, dance moves, what guy made what facial expression, etc. I MEMORIZED this performance because I’m cool like that. :)
Day 9: Dream Setlist
This is hard.
At this point in the concert, each of the 5 would do a song from their fabulous solo careers.
After this, ALL 5 would come back together for:
This would be my perfect setlist. Throw in a Platinum VIP and backstage tour led by Nickolas and BAM. :)
Day 8: Favorite Piece of BSB Merch:
Well besides obvious things like my VIP pass, I also really enjoy the tour book from the 2001 Black & Blue tour. I love to just look at it and remember my first BSB concert as well as my first concert EVER. Strangely, they still look the same ;) minus varying hairstyles, but still. My love for them has grown so much since the late 90’s/early 2000’s. I also love random things such as: The BSB Official Book (that silver with tons of pictures, got it when I was in 5th grade :)), T-shirts, lunch box, I HAVE A BSB PUZZLE THAT IS AMAZING, Nick Carter’s autograph, the Burger King CD’s, all of their other cd’s, and obviously all of my posters.
Day 7: Favorite BSB Photoshoot:
Hm, toughie. How about-every photoshoot they have done ever.
Or, how about this one ;)
Day 6: Favorite Haircut:
This. Is. My. Favorite. Haircut. Ever. EVER. Well, My favorite BSB haircut is pretty much whatever Nick Carter decides to do with his hair. I love that man. I especially love the 90’s center part :)
Day 1: Favorite BSB Song:
This is difficult. I have too many. Incomplete, On Without You, What Makes You Different, The Call…just to name a few.
Day 2: Favorite BSB Album:
Never Gone. Or maybe Black & Blue, or Millennium.
Day 3: ANYTHING NICK CARTER. My childhood crush, teenage crush, and forever crush. This is my favorite picture of us, January 31, 2012 in Charleston SC, ITO Tour :)
Now THIS is when Disney used to be good :) This makes my heart happy, and smiley, and reminiscent. Love these guys so freaking much. If you had told me when I was 8 that one day I would get to meet them and then meet Nick again on his solo tour and receive the biggest hug ever, I would say you were lying. But, it did. :) <3
This is precious. This is the future me! Once a Backstreet Boys fan, ALWAYS a Backstreet Boys fan. For life.
